Nice getaway
"The cabin was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishware. A/C worked well. Nice sitting area in gazebo off back deck. Nice view of water - just wished there had been a trail down to the water to fish off the bank."

Jul 30, 2019If you're looking to do a lot of things near cave city, stay in cave city or horse cave. Barren river lake state park was about 45 minutes from Mammoth cave and about 45 minutes from any of the family stuff that we were trying to do.

May 1, 2019Conveniently located halfway between Scottsville and Glasgow. I went to Barren River Lake State Park Resort and the Dollar General. Satisfied with both.
