"We had a great stay in this farm house and would love to return! Five adults and two children of 1 and 1,5 years old. The local hostess was fantastic! Super helpful and friendly! She really made us feel welcome and gave us lots of tips of both seights to see and where to buy groceries and other things. "What a magical property. The house is a perfect mix of modern and antique. It is luxurious, but not the type of delicate luxury where you are constantly worrying you’ll break something! The space is very well designed and we were able to completely unwind. The medieval hill town of Monteleone d’Orvieto has tons of charm and incredible views as well. We will definitely be recommending this rental to friends and family, and hope to return."

The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Umbria."

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"The apartment was large compared to my typical rentals in Italy. Separate kitchen and living room with seating and table. Both rooms and bathrooms are large. Orvieto is a walking town, but the location was about as close as you can get to main attractions and still have some solitude. The hosts met at the property to check us in and checked in later via text. I would stay agian."
