"Jestem trochę zmieszany. Mój pokój zdecydowanie odbiegał od standardów 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Dostałem dziurawy i poplamiony ręcznik, poplamione zasłony, uszkodzony zlew oraz szafka pod nim. Łóżko miało być double a były dwa złączone single. Zawsze miałem dobre zdanie o tym hotelu dopóki się w nim nie przespałem. Mój rodzinny Lublin zdecydowanie zasługuje na coś więcej. "Hotel booked and paid few weeks before visit to make sure we have place to stay for New Years Eve. Few minutes before arrival reception desk told us they do not have our reservation and they are fully booked. Expedia help desk managed to find alternative accommodation. "

No elevator inside the building and was hard to find someone who is working on the reception. the crew spoke poor English and weak polish. Room big and clean."
