"We have stayed at this hotel before and we chose it again as the views of the river are amazing. Huge ships sail up and down the river and it is a sight to behold. The room was comfortable and there are chairs and a table to sit in front of the huge picture window and watch the world go by."

"This is an older charming hotel situated next to the water that surrounds Lubeck. Because of the age of the building, there was no air conditioning. Our room got stuffy at night. We faced a busy street, so did not want traffic noise and kept the door to the balcony closed. I suspect it would be very warm in the heat of summer. But staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
