Nice space to spread out!
We enjoyed our long weekend stay. Everyone had a place of their own to spread out and our adult kids really enjoyed the hot tub! Great location convenient to food and shopping. Would stay again!

Really nice place to stay.
Overall the house was very well appointed. Hot tub not working, other than that we had a pleasant stay, close by Texas Tech, and plenty of places to eat near by.

Great place for a large family
We enjoyed our stay in Lubbock for a family wedding 3-9-19. There was plenty of room for four families from 3 different cities to stay together. The beds were very comfortable and the house is in a great location!

Nice house for a large group
Our group’s second time staying here … the house is well-appointed and clean with spacious bedrooms. On the south side of Lubbock, it is close to all major city arteries making it easy to get around. Enjoyed our stay

It was a wonderful house to stay in
We loved all the beds and the layout of the house. My daughter graduated from Tech and it held all of our family!!! It was nice to have the grill and the hot tub and shuffle board. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Lubbock!!

Great Location, Great Home
Listed accurately. It was near a lot of restaurants, gas stations, and stores. The plan of the home was amazing, as it allowed the kids their own space. The hot tub was great for the adults relaxing after a long day in the sun. Overall a great home in a great location.

We were in Lubbock to meet my Son’s new baby. The house was wonderfully equipped and allowed us to meet up with something for all ages. We really enjoyed the game room, back yard and hot tub! I would definitely recommend this house for a large group and would stay again.

Excellent location
Very clean, nicely decorated home with everything we needed for a quick trip. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra space for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for traveling with kids. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the university. Lots of fun things for the kids to do while at the house, including inside and outside games. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions.

Great house for family fun!!
We rented this house for a quick weekend get away to Lubbock for some rest & relaxation with our kids. It was perfect! We had everything we needed and the house was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the backyard, hot tub and patio. The kids loved climbing in the giant tree in the backyard. There is a beautiful park within walking distance we enjoyed as well. I would highly recommend this house for a larger group coming to Lubbock and needed a place to relax and gather. Great Texas hospitality!

Beautiful, beautiful home!! Not only was it Immaculately clean, but it smelled wonderfully clean!
Beautiful, beautiful home! Not only was it immaculately clean, but it smelled wonderfully fresh and clean! We did have a couple small issues, but the owners were amazingly receptive and eager to fix them. Not only that, but they asked us if there were any other things that we would like added to the home for our next stay. We will definitely stay there again for our next family gathering! The living room is a great place to gather together! Thank you Holly and Trent!

This house was adequate for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. It is situated on a corner lot with noticeable traffic noise. Weeds in the backyard could have been maintained better for outdoor activity. There was plenty of room to socialize and the bedrooms were above average size.

Meet our needs
Master bedroom door was was warped and would not close. It needs replaced. General condition was not bad but could have been a little better. No bath soup in bathrooms. House was convenient location for our needs. Would stay there again.

Great location and lots of space
4 middle age (young at heart!) couples, 1 grandpa and 1 teen visiting college kids living in Lubbock. Plenty of room for all of us plus the evening visitors. We took advantage of the grill and cornhole. Didn't get to use the hot tub. Feedback for improvement: Directions to use the fancy all in one microwave / convection oven! LOL, we made a contest out of who was smart enough. Great time had by all.

Plenty of clean space!
Owners did a great job of putting enough sleeping spaces in this cute 3bd home. 10 total beds is plenty. The garage was converted and makes a great kids space. It does get cold in the evening so owners need to add a window unit so the rest of the home doesn't have to over heat to keep just the garage warm. The backyard is cute and perfect for an outside meal or playing around. The kitchen has the basics including a coffee pot and the fridge has plenty of space. This is a great home to rent for a small to large family.

Stay was good, overall recommend
I thought the host communicated well and we enjoyed our stay. However, my only complaint was this stay says it sleeps 17, but there weren’t dishes for 17 so we had to use paper utensils. Which was fine! However, they only provided three trash bags and didn’t have more, plus the bathrooms didn’t have enough toilet paper. I just think with a large group, it should accommodate things for 17 or let us know prior to bring our own things. I had no problem buying that stuff prior. Other than this, it was a nice stay.
