Very nice Lubbock house
Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. Slept 4 adults and two children comfortably. More people would have required use of safas and/or air mattresses. Very clean and remodeled home with lots of games and entertainment for the kids. Great attention to detail on amenities like coffee pods and bathroom extras like soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes, etc.

Graduation Weekend
House was perfect for family and friends to gather after graduation for food, drinks and fun. Great location; most places we wanted to go were less than 15 minutes away. Safe and walkable neighborhood. House was clean and everything was in working order. Owner was very gracious and the little details were special and appreciated for our celebratory weekend. Would stay there again.

TTUHSC graduation weekend
We had a great weekend in Lubbock and this property enhanced the stay. Our group of 8 had room to spread out and enjoy each other. The kitchen was well stocked for coffee. Having several rooms to gather in was great. The game room would be even better with a 6 person table. The outside space was fun and we enjoyed watching sports on the outside couch. The owner was very accommodating and added some special touches to our stay. This property will stay on our list for future visits.

BEST rental for a wedding weekend!
The home was so nice! I got the rental for my wedding weekend for my bridal party to stay. The host was great and made the stay so special by providing drinks and decorating the fridge with a sweet note congratulating me as the bride, which was personal and such a nice touch. It was perfectly stocked with anything we may have needed to get ready & prepped for a big event! Another plus is amazing mirrors and lighting for getting ready with a large group of women. The game room was so fun and the house is perfectly and thoughtfully decorated. It was very clean when we arrived and there is plenty of space to sleep a large group. 10/10 would recommend booking this great house for your next stay in Lubbock!

Teen Weekend
We rented this property so our son could have a fun weekend with his friends. The home is beautiful! The game room was perfect for the teens and my husband and I could close it off and watch football in the living room. The property host was Shelly and she went above and beyond to take great care of us. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Clean and family friendly
Our family/friend group travels in 10-15 depending on the trip, doing competitions/Spartan/races. Everyone loved the property mainly because it held us and had entertainment other then TV. This was a nice feature as we are an active group. We mainly stayed in the play room until bed time. It was all updated nicely and loved the outdoor seating and that’s where we would normally gather but due to the cold the game room was great!

Everything was smooth and simple the entire stay from check-in to check-out. We had a lot of family in town for my moms memorial service and need a place big enough to host some family. Shelly was very helpful in ensuring we had the best stay by allowing us to use this space to reminisce on my mom and spend time together as a family. It was perfect. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.
