This fully renovated 37ft 5th wheel camper is the perfect place to get away from it all. Tucked away in the back of Retreat RV Resort, a boutique RV Park, this camper has it all. Enjoy a nice getaway after a long day at the Jones with a cozy fireplace, full kitchen, BBQ grill, and MUCH more. The Apple TV in the living area will allow you to relax and catch up on Netflix, Hulu, and more while WiFi will keep you connected to the outside world. Enjoy access to the community pool, gym, and laundry facility. Turn in for the night on a Tempurpedic mattress and rest your eyes in cozy Egyptian cotton sheets. The optional sofa bed is a great additional sleeping space for other guests. This RV will be your new favorite place to unwind in the 806!

The RV was dirty and smelled of sewage. Bathroom covered in flies. Front door keypad broken unable to lock the door. Thankfully this trip was fully refunded. However we had to find another place to stay for the night

Fantastic place for a short-term or extended stay
I love this RV and the community around it. Marshall is extremely easy to reach, great with communication and assistance, and hosts a lovely, very clean place to stay. My dogs and I are staying here while the transmission in our full-time van home is being replaced. The first week we stayed on the second floor of a noisy hotel. This RV and park offer a far more private and peaceful experience. We have gotten to know several full-time neighbors and kids who regularly play in the area, and I feel very much "at home" here. I've already bookmarked it as our go-to place to stay in the future when necessary. As I'm always concerned about the impact my dogs have on a place that isn't ours, I closed off the bedroom and didn't allow them in there. I ended up sleeping on the couch next to my dogs' crates, and the couch itself is incredibly comfortable (not even pulled out into a bed). I nabbed a pillow from the bedroom that is the most comfortable pillow I've ever laid my head on (so comfortable that I Googled it to buy one for myself). I was also able to regularly clean up with the available cordless vac, broom, and Swiffer mop. Nearby on-site laundry, pool, and affordable pay-as-you-need internet are bonuses. Thank you, Marshall! We'll be back!

Amazing RV get away
This RV has been remodeled/upgraded and very homey inside. I came for total relaxation and rest; and I got just what I came for. I had a few requests; and the host was so accommodating; he knew I was dealing with a health issue and I was alone and he even brought me a 12 of soda I requested if he had time; what host does that. This is a total gem. The host is amazing to work with.

Weekend stay with 2 dogs. We were in town for a dog competition. Nice areas to walk the dogs. Bed was comfortable and cold water waited in the fridge. Very hot weekend but the a/c kept a comfortable temperature.

Property was as described in listing. Marshall is easy to communicate with and RV park was nice, clean and quiet. Getting in and out of the RV Park can be a little tight when there's traffic but since there's almost no traffic it's not usually a problem. This place can be a bit challenging for a taller person but it's worth checking out for sure.

Enjoyed our stay at this property, lots of space, the bed was very comfortable. It was hot while we were there and the air conditioners were a real blessing. Appreciated having coffee every morning before we headed out for the day. Convenient location, close to many restaurants. Marshall was easy to communicate with, responded quickly. Cool place to stay if you want something different
This is a fun, different place to stay, off the beaten path. Nicely maintained, in a very nice RV park with an awesome swimming pool. Owner very responsive and went way above and beyond to take care of us when a little maintenance issue came up, which we very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an issue with the toilet flusher sticking to where it flooded the bathroom but the host was very quick to respond and check the area to ensure nothing was damaged. Very nice and responsive host. Would love to stay again, just know to really make sure the toilet peddle is secured before leaving camper.

Just me and Jack
Jack is my new pup, a very well trained dog that I didn’t hesitate to bring along. The RV was immaculate, a great, super close to town retreat that had all essential items on board and access to information when needed. Perfect for people and puppies, bring along TP just in case you can’t find it, doggie bags and a love of the great outdoors…it was light until almost 9. I will be back!!!!
