This bright vintage Tech Terrace home is cute & pet-friendly! It features 2 bedrooms- 1 with a king bed and private bathroom, and 1 with a queen bed with a full bathroom just down the hall. This is the perfect setup for a small group of guests. A deluxe queen air mattress is provided for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is loaded with snacks and supplies for cooking at home. Includes a coffee bar with a variety of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. A washer and dryer are also included, along with a dishwasher to make your life easier. The large fenced backyard is perfect for your dogs to run and play and a nice dinner on the patio. The living room has a smart TV that includes access to multiple streaming services and board games for your enjoyment. Its perfect location is just blocks from TTU campus, Jones AT&T Stadium, United Supermarkets Arena, & just down the road from both hospitals.
