Each bedroom is equipped with TVs that has roku streaming services for your enjoyment. Plenty of room for families to enjoy time together rather its playing in the game room or relaxing in the hot tub that seats 7! enjoy a relaxing fire while sitting next to the firepit. This VRBO suited our needs well. The beds are high, so that could be an issue for elderly people. The host was quick to respond to questions. It worked perfectly for our needs.

Beautiful home and great location
We had a larger group in town for my daughters graduation. The house was very conveniently located to Texas Tech. The home was clean, including the hot tub. Plenty of towels and hot water for us all, beds were comfortable, check in and communication was great. The game room was a sweet bonus and we all enjoyed a few old school games. I would definitely recommend for a group of any size.
