This cute tiny home was exactly as it was described. It was perfect for my husband and I. We stayed 3 nights and loved the close proximity to campus, but far enough to be peaceful at night. It had everything we needed. The hosts were communicative, but we didn't need anything, all the furnishings were at our finger tips.

A quiet retreat
This was a quiet, restful place to stay for 2 days. The bed was oh so comfortable and I loved the parking and sitting area in the back right next to the tiny house. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer and stove if you want to cook which was perfect for my needs.

Small, but very recently fixed up. Very nice little place, and the shower was especially nice with its tile work. Missing a microwave, which would have been nice.

Father's Day trip
We went to Lubbock to see our daughters new place and spend time with her for Father's Day. She has been in Lubbock for 2 years now and is a graduate from Texas Tech with her bachelor degree. She was moving from an apartment into a house 2 blocks away from this little place. I thought this was handy and cut down on a lot of driving. It was adorable.

Colorado Game Stay
Everything was fine. Great location to campus etc. Bath tub is very slick when standing in it to shower. Could easily slip if not really careful. Driveway was very muddy due to recent rains. Gravel topping would solve that issue. But, all in all a nice place to stay.

They neighborhood was not my favorite. I did love the alley access, however it needs to be cleaned up a bit! Overall, I absolutely loved this place and will use them again while visiting my daughter at Texas Tech. The travel time to the university is perfect!

Great place to rest
This little efficiency is a great place to rest on a fun weekend trip. Bed is comfy and there is a nice size closet for bags. Owners are great and very communicative.
