The Spreewald offers many leisure activities such as: Cycling, hiking, paddling or boat trips. In the surrounding area, various museum villages can be visited. These offer you a glimpse into the past. You can also swim with penguins in the Spreewelten Lübbenau, a highly recommended bathing world with thermal brine bath and 14 themed saunas is unique in Germany. Good starting point to make day trips to Cottbus, the Senftenberg lake district or Tropical Island.
