"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "The castle and its park are beautiful and the property is extremely quiet. We enjoyed the great breakfast buffet. Not so good was the restaurant (we ordered a package with a three course dinner). The waiter was not well trained, the menu card showed a different dessert than we were served. The food itself was ok. "

"We loved our stay at the Tuchmacher. The area is very lovely in the old town of the city and everything is within walking distance. Housekeeping was on point. Please note, that no coffee machine or ironing board and iron were in the room. We would definitely stay again at the Tuchmacher."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."

"Very nice venue with heaps of historical cachet, richness and boiseries. The staff, at the restaurant and reception were very helpful. Despite a busy evening, we were able to get a table for diner in a nice setting. Have to say that our first room was too noisy being close to the elevator and transit hallway (Newest soundproofed doors would solve the problem?) "One of my favorite. This rental was like staying in a museum. The owner deals in antiques. It is in the country/small town and no traffic noise. But, it is convient to visit lots of interesting places. I hope to return some day."
