"We truly felt like norman and ethyl from the On Golden Pond movie. A historical cabin on the river. Lots of room, lots of wood architecture. Yes there were critters but it only added to the story. Yes we had snow and cold but there were plenty of quilts to burrow under. Bluebirds and dolphins made us smile. It was hard to leave."

One star reviews for cleanliness and location only because we could not leave blank. We have no idea as we never made it to property "

"We keep returning to this quiet and restful location. Beautiful sunrises with a resident blue heron wading along the bay edge every morning. Stunning sunsets. Crabcakes and crab linguini from crabs caught using the traps on the deck. An extremely well equipped kitchen. Very responsive owner. A lovely vacation spot all round. "

"The owners were great to work with. The location was absolutely beautiful, its on a point & the sunset is georgeous. The house was as stocked as we have ever seen. This location is close to everything, you can get to most places you want to go in about 20 minutes. Lots of good resturants close by."
