Discover Lowestoft from our lovely fifth floor apartment that has probably some of the most outstanding sea, harbour, beach sunrise / sunset views in the town. This stylish apartment is a former Victorian fishing net store so is a part of Lowestoft’s famous fishing history. It’s perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home and with touches of luxury. The kitchen-diner is well equipped and spacious. It is a perfect place to relax with a book or enjoy watching the boats coming in and out if the harbour.  It has a Smart TV, internet access and is also suitable for remote working. Centrally located, just three minutes from the station. It has access from the street straight into the living room via a lift. There is a small step up from the street into the front lift lobby otherwise it is all on one level.


There is one bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a double sofa bed. There is one bathroom, with a bath and walk-in shower. Overall the apartment has a spacious luxury penthouse feel, being very well equipped decorated with antique furniture, original art, bookshelf full of diverse reading, and even a sea shanty song book! High quality bedinen and towels are all included. The apartment will be decorated for Christmas.
