"I’ve stayed in one of their other properties and enjoyed it so I felt comfortable rebooking and it did not disappoint! The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping, quick access to the highways and right next to the lovely Bolin Trail. The condo is clean with cute and comfortable bed linens, full baths upstairs and a useful kitchen for cooking. "This place smelled of urine, the pass code did not WORK, it was located in a VERY, VERY, unsafe part of town. There is a dumpster right in front of the APARTMENT complex, this is NOT a CONDO AT ALL!!!! False advertisement on the owner “TOM” as well as VRBO!!! I had to go to a motel were it less expensive and in a SAFE neighborhood with my 2 daughter’s. "We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
