"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. I arrived from Zurich and was delighted to discover it was just a few minutes from Davosnplatz train station, surrounded by shopping, dinning and entertainment, steps away from the ski hill jacobshorn. "Great place very convenient for the slopes, nice design and decor, the bar area in particular has a great feel to it. The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. Staff were outstanding and super friendly/helpful."

"Charming hotel in the Swiss alps, perfect for an overnight stay during a motorcycle trip through the region. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, bathroom and shower good. The restaurant was also great. We ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was excellent for both meals. Staff were welcoming and very friendly at every encounter, from check in through check out, really excellent customer service, it was greatly appreciated after a long day riding.
