Our only problem was that we were seniors and not very technical so we had to ask questions about the door opening app. The hosts were very responsive and everything worked out well. We would have appreciated more space for our belongings. The electronic lock is more for the convenience of the property managers than the tenants inhabiting the flat. Other than issues with the lock we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly visit again. "
