Kanon's Kottage is a cozy, recently renovated two-bedroom home centrally located in the heart of historic Downtown Loveland. You will be greeted by a classic white-picket fence and wonderful outdoor seating below string lights, beckoning you to enjoy cocktail hour out on the patio. Perfect for a weekend getaway, family vacation or business travel, Kanon's Kottage is a wonderful home within walking distance to vibrant downtown and plentiful entertainment.

With a remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances, you will you feel right at home and ready to cook a delicious meal. Just off of the kitchen area, a cozy living room with smart tv and electric fireplace makes this a relaxing a homey space to kick your feet up and stream your favorite show. A remodeled full bath with shower is just off of the queen bedroom on the main floor. There is a door that separates the lower level of the home, providing privacy for traveling companions. In the lower level of the home, a large bedroom area with a king bEd and large corner desk makes this a convenient separate area to provide a harmonious living situation. (Please note: the ceiling of the stairwell and lower level is slightly lower than the upstairs living space.) Beds are made up with luxurious, high quality linens sure to provide a fantastic nights rest. A full bath with tub also resides in the lower level of the home.

Looking for some entertainment? Check out the great downtown area with excellent restaurants, bars, movie theatre and more within a few minutes walk from the home. For those who enjoy a good swim or workout, the recently renovated Chilson Recreation Center is just a couple minutes drive away or a short walk.

Washer and dryer are available and supplied with soap and softener.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown location, you will find plenty of acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, theatres, recreation center, and shopping within walking distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than a 2 minute walk with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

This is one of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. The place was just as advertised! Clean, updated, well stocked, & in a great location. The ceilings downstairs are low but this wasn't a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at Kanon's Kottage. It was just right for the two of us. Beautifully updated, and a really nice, safe location. Parking on the property, really comfortable beds. Everything you would need for a great get-away. I would recommend this property.

Very nice clean place. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. The downstairs does have a low ceiling, I am 5'2 so had no problems. Perfect for a couple or family with children who can stay downstairs.

Absolutely PERFECT!
The property is super cute, well maintained and cozy! Easy access to local shops. Love the lower level room but be careful if you’re tall, the ceiling is low. We had the best time on the porch and patio, watching the sunrise/sunset. Neighbors are friendly! Overall, BEST PLACE EVER!

Cozy but flexible Cottage
The property is 3 minutes to the downtown area which offers a sizable diversity of dining options. Its in a very quiet and safe area that is family friendly. We would use it again if in the area. The property clearly has been updated recently and very clean. The only down side is an early checkout time of 10:00 am and if you request a later checkout time, the only option is $50.00 for 2 hours.

Excellent home with everything you could imagine you need. It has high quality everything! Just be aware that this home is not equipped for less mobile people. The bed on the main floor is high.

Very cute and cozy home that was well appointed. It was very clean and updated. Extremely easy checking process and very quick response to questions. The home has low ceilings in the lower level bedroom/bathroom suite and would have been nice to know as we had tall people in our group of 3.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Super well appointed! We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor spaces were far more comfortable than we thought they would be. The carport is a super nice feature. It was nice the one bed was soft and one bed was hard, so that if you have a preference you choose which works best for you. It's location is so close to the downtown area. It makes it very easy for restaurants, shopping, bar life, whatever you desire. The check in was super easy. The place was so nice and clean. We really loved it. Great stay!!

Quiet downtown location
Easy to book and communicate with the property owner. It was just me and my partner so we only utilized the upstairs bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room areas. It is worth noting however that I went downstairs to check out the accommodations and the ceilings are very very low. I’m a tall woman and my head nearly grazed the ceiling. The downstairs shower would have been impossible for me to use as the shower head was well below my shoulder! But for shorter folks, this shouldn’t be a problem. The kitchen was small, well equipped, but we only used the coffee machine. If you’re planning to cook and eat meals here, there is only a small bar area with 2 stools, no kitchen table. The upstairs bathroom was also small, but had loads of fluffy towels and a comfortable stone stall shower with adequate hot water. We slept very well d t

The area was ok. Not walkable to downtown. Disappointed to have to empty the dishwasher and fold the towels in the dryer. Management said that was part of the process. I’m on vacation. Didn’t think I would have to do that.
