Beautiful place
We booked this townhouse along with another one in the same neighborhood for a family vacation. This townhouse was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed playing pickle ball. The neighbors were super friendly, and the area was quiet and relaxing. There was a gas station, coffee, and fast food within walking distance. We had to contact the owner for a minor issue, and they quickly responded and fixed the issue the next day. I would highly recommend this place!

Cute TOWNHOUSE
Cute little property. Did not realize it was a townhouse, but still accommodated all our needs. Biggest problems were maintenance....front door lock needs a new battery (so getting in was beyond frustrating and took more than five minutes because the door digital lock wouldn't display and had to contact property management for help). The fridge needs new air and water filters. We took the trash out but the bin was full already. Also note, the listing did not include a list of cleaning for us to do. It was nothing too crazy, but why am I paying a $100+ cleaning fee and still having to start laundry and sweep? I understand dishes, but the online instructions, the emailed instructions, and the list on site were all different. Kind of annoying.

This place was everything we could have imagined and more! Gorgeous space with everything we could want/need. Starbucks and a view of the mountains! 30 minute drive to Boulder or Estes. Groceries and restaurants within a 10 mile radius. Pickle ball and golf in the front yard we played daily as a family. Quiet neighbors quiet community we will definitely be back!!

We took our family to Berthoud for a Korn Ferry Tour golf tournament and the place is great! I would recommend staying here. Lora was wonderful and the house is beautiful, clean and well appointed.

We loved the townhouse. The space and outdoor activities (putting greens, pickle all courts, etc) we’re great! The beds we comfy and the house was very well stocked. They do have a spider issue, we killed at least 8 in three days. The property manager also never texted back when I had questions/concerns. Communication with her was horrible. Overall it was good and we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! Great beds, plenty of room. The family all enjoyed our mornings with a game of pickle ball and a little golf on the putting green right outside our door. It was awesome to have a garage to pull into as well. Highly recommend!

We just stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter’s wedding in the Longmont area. It served our purpose well because it had many beds and bathrooms. It had plenty of dishes for a crowd. It was a lot of stairs, though, for anyone who may have trouble with them as this is a three story townhome and the bedrooms are on the top and bottom floor. None on the main floor. Also, there is a lot of construction going on as it’s a new neighborhood in the middle of construction. The next door neighbor was a sweetheart! It’s an easy drive down to Longmont and to get to Hwy 25. We would stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Beautiful space! So much room for our family of 4. So nice to have our garage to park car. The space was gorgeous and decorated so nice! The popcorn and wine was such a nice touch. Plenty of towels and linens. Laundry was so nice to have on site! Overall a wonderful VRBO!
