In Berry, 5 minutes from the Maison de George Sand in Nohant, 5 minutes from the city center of La Châtre and the Poteries de Verneuil, the gîte de La Riffauderie is housed in an old 18th century gated farmhouse. Gîte with terrace and garden adjoining another gîte.
On the ground floor: living room / dining room with fitted kitchen area (45m²) - 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed) - shower room / toilet.
Upstairs: "pink" bedroom (1 160 cm bed and baby bed) - "mauve" bedroom (1 double bed and 2 120 cm beds) - "orange" bedroom (1 160 cm bed and baby bed) - bathroom / toilet.

Electric heating (billed according to consumption).
Courtyard and lean-to.
Private parking on the estate.
