La Maison du Verger is a peaceful haven where time seems to stand still. La Maison du Verger, all on one level and 120 m², offers a comfortable and welcoming space. It includes a spacious kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a large dining room, and three elegantly furnished bedrooms. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet complete the main space.

A nearby 40 m² cottage offers a bedroom with a toilet and bathroom for more privacy. The characterful "grandmother" kitchen, the covered terrace, and the new gas plancha are perfect for outdoor dining.

Outside, a 5000 m² scrubland area offers a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, and shaded areas for relaxation. The 10m x 5m "plein champ" pool is secured by a net fence. Sun loungers and garden furniture are available for sunny days.

Comfortable and relaxing house with great swimming pool

This is a great house to stay in within walking distance of Lourmarin and with good outdoor space with superb swimming pool. The kitchen has all the basic requirements but is a bit small for large numbers. The separate bedroom is good for privacy. The third bedroom walks into the second bedroom which restricts its use to close family. Outdoor space and facilities are good although in need of a bit of care - petanque pitch very rough for example - but good fun. It is a private and quiet house with everything you need to relax and enjoy the countryside.

Bel emplacement et très belle piscine

Maison familiale mais attention car très gros problème d’évacuation de fosse septique qui nous a gâché nos vacances. Le propriétaire nous a fait une remise sur le prix mais on aurait préféré profiter de vacances détendantes. Espérons que les travaux ont été fait pour les futurs locataires

c'est le troisième été que nous passons à la maison du verger,nos petites filles et nous mêmes aimons beaucoup ce lieu.La maison est bordée sur un côté par un champ d'oliviers,de l'autre par un verger,et sa terrasse donne sur des cèdres et des peupliers,sous lesquels on peut lire,jouer aux boules,méditer.....La maison est à proximité du village,on peut s'y rendre à pied,mais elle nous procure le sentiment inestimable d'être en retrait des "turbulences" du monde.

Vacances à la maison du verger

Maison simple,lumineuse,confortable,idéale pour un séjour en famille(belle piscine,ping-pong,boulodrome),située sur un vaste terrain à la végétation variée(peupliers,pins,oliviers..) et dans un environnement très calme,à proximité du village. Petits et grands sont ravis de leur séjour.

Belle maison de vacances

C'est une maison idéale pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants(piscine,ping-pong,boules..),la nature environnante est superbe, les nuits y sont douces et calmes,le village est proche(800m)on peut s'y rendre à pied.Nous recommandons sans réserve.
