This spacious villa is composed by 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining and living room and a private enclosed plot with swimming pool.
Located in a relaxed countryside area with lots of moving space outside, perfect to enjoy the Sunny Algarve, this House is fully equipped for you to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The house is well lit with natural light and the bedrooms are organized as follows:
Ground Floor – bedroom with a double bed;
Ground Floor – bathroom with shower;
Ground Floor – bedroom with a double bed;
Ground Floor – bathroom with shower;
Ground Floor – mezzanine with a double sofa bed;
The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but the house is usually very fresh given the thick walls. Fans are provided.

The villa has a fully equipped and organized kitchen close to the dinning area where you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends
There is one dinning area and one living room with a 3-seater-sofa and 2 individual sofas and a TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi in all the areas.

The exterior of the villa is very wide and private. On one side you have a swimming pool with standard dimensions of approximately 9 meters long by 4 meters wide, varying between 1 and 2 meters deep.
In the pool area you have 5 sun loungers to enjoy the Algarve sun.
On the other side you have a very nice dining area with table and some outdoor furniture in a shaded space and with a magnificent view towards the coast and the sea.

Prachtig vakantiehuis op toplocatie! Ontvangst/communicatie Seachell was ondermaats. Wij kwamen na middernacht toe en hadden geen code ontvangen voor de toegang. Konden niemand bereiken. Hebben in hotel moeten overnachten. Pas dag nadien code oké. Wij hadden een kleine "compensatie", later uur uitchecken, gevraagd maar dat was niet mogelijk....
