Wilder Park Peacock House - Nearby Derby and KY Fair & Expo Center

Super clean and comfortable 2-bedroom house - primary bedroom has a KING bed, smart TV, and seating area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and both bedrooms have dressers, hangers, and portable fans for your comfort.
The kitchen is fully stocked - pots and pans, cookware, dinnerware. The living room has a smart TV loaded with streaming apps (you will need to use your own credentials to log in) and also has local cable channels. There are games and puzzles in the TV console so you can even enjoy a rainy day!
The cherry on top of it all is the POOL in the backyard, accompanied by the large, peaceful back deck, complete with charcoal BBQ for your use. **Pool is available Memorial Day through Labor Day ONLY. Towels and sunscreen are provided for use during your stay! We have lovingly updated our home from top to bottom since moving in in early 2016, and we are excited for you to enjoy it as much as we have.

Wilder Park is centrally located to so many things you might need while visiting - Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby; the Kentucky Fair & Expo Center, where you'll also enjoy music festivals and sports tourneys; L&N Stadium and Patterson Stadium, home to the University of Louisville Cardinals football and baseball teams, respectively... and a short way up the road to University of Louisville and downtown. Around the corner from grocery, fuel, coffee, restaurants, gym, highways, and other essentials!

Lovely updated Craftsman Style Home
What a lovely little house and so cozy! We were in town for a bee conference at the Expo and it was just minutes away (5). Having a kitchen away from home is so handy and helps with vacation costs. Host was lovely and easily contacted. No problems encountered!

Perfect stay!
We traveled from out of state for a volleyball tournament. Couldnt have been happier with our stay. Perfect location! Close to the airport, expo center, highway and grocery store. House was extremely clean. Had plenty of towels, utensils and even had some travel size lotions, body washes etc. The beds were really comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Louisville!
