Everything you need
Stayed for a girls weekend and house was perfect size, kitchen area is great layout, backyard is amazing. Nicely located for shopping and eateries. Host was super responsive.

NuLu Christmas
Rented house to host some family members for Christmas. Very convenient location, everything was as advertised. Beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great time. Hutton and backyard were great touches There is only one tv in the house though, so plan accordingly.

Great location, amenities and bourbon trail launch point
As presented in listing, responsive hosts, cool vibe, great amenities, great location (walkable to downtown scene, launch point for bourbon trail) and fun backyard. We'll be back!

Great Louisville Stay
We had a wonderful stay in Louisville. Our home was just as it was described in the listing. The house was perfectly located near shopping, restaurants, breweries, downtown. . . . Our hosts were very responsive and it was a super easy check in and check out process. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to visit Louisville - in fact, we already have.

Great for Volleyball tourneys
We came to Louisville for a 3 day VB tournament. Had two families stay and it was perfect for our trip. Quiet, clean and close to Expo center. We even had a team dinner one night and had enough seating and space for parents and players. Thank you for an awesome stay!

What a great place and awesome location! It’s located in NuLu the hot new spot in Louisville and right around the corner from the Highlands… great restaurants and bars. If you still feel the need to visit downtown it’s only 10 minutes away. The house has everything you need, is well designed and comfortable bedrooms - we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Shawn (the host) is easily accessible and very responsive. It was the perfect weekend!

We needed a night and a hotel was not going to give us the time or space we needed to connect. This was a great answer. Lots of common space, well equipped, super clean.

out of the cold
We came to Louisville to be further south for a couple weeks of the winter. The house was clean and inviting. The back yard is to die for, with the hot tub, fire pit, heat lamps, total fenced privacy, and very nice landscaping. Neighbors very friendly, and just a short walk to the NuLu shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and fun houses. A Good stay!

Comfy cozy
This home was perfect for our little group in town for an event. Shawn was very prompt to answer questions and attend to issues, wifi went down but was fixed right away. We were suspect if the beds would work for us, quite firm to the touch, but boy were we wrong and now i have to have one.

Beautiful home, in Nulu area
The home was just as pictured, clean and beautifully decorated. It accommodated our group perfectly. With the cool weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Shawn was an excellent host and very responsive. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay just outside of the downtown area. I will definitely stay here again if traveling to Louisville with a large group. Do not pass up this home!

Just like being at home
This place is top shelf in every aspect. Its got everything you need , just like being at home. Amenities abound. Clean and comfortable. Backyard was great. Location was great, no issues at all with the neighborhood. Parking was right in front of the house. If youre weighing options, dont rule this place out.

NULU Base
Our group (2 couples and me) was meeting with friends for dinner one night and heading out to the bourbon trail the next day. This location was easy walking distance to Market Street restaurants. House itself was cleverly decorated and comfortable with everything you need plus some nice extras such as the backyard fire pit. Beds were great. Furnishings showed a little wear and tear but nothing terrible. One of the cleaner VRBOs I’ve stayed in which is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property.

Mini family vacation
My husband and I have 4 adult children. We still try to get together every year for a family trip. We weren’t able to go far this year so Kentucky Kingdom was ideal. However, going the same weekend as the Kentucky state fair was not. Nevertheless, we had a great time and part of that was due to this beautiful home . It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of space for all 6 of us and our Yorkie!

Quick overnight trip
We (5 adults) came and stayed for one night after seeing Kert Kreischer at the Yum Center. It was only a 6 minute uber ride from there. Plenty of restaurants and things to do near by. The house was beautiful and as described. It was clean and had everything we could've needed if we had stayed longer (fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer with soap/dryer sheets), plenty of towels and wash cloths. The beds were comfortable and each room had a fan in it (great for myself and my friends as we are all people who need fans to sleep). The hottub was great and once we got the language changed from German to English, it was easy to use. We were initially worried about parking (it's all free street) but we had no issues getting two spots right next to the house. There were no crazy checkout instructions and Shawn was prompt and easy when communicating with. We would 100% come and stay here again.

Too many things broken
We had some issues: 1. House had not been cleaned. We called, they apologized, cleaner then came promptly, we left the house for a couple hours,and the host refunded cleaning cost which was nice. 2. Pull down blinds in main bedrooms and elsewhere were broken. 3. Upstairs bathroom sink was clogged. 4. Dishwasher door seal was broken. 5. Coffee creamer had expired 10 months ago. 6. Sugar container was empty 7. Living room furniture iffy. Sorry for bad review...
