The main floor includes the primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and an attached full en-suite bathroom featuring a glass shower and a luxurious jacuzzi tub for two. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, including a nearly floor-to-ceiling mirror to help you prepare for a night out on the town.

You’ll find 55" Smart TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom, along with a laundry room equipped with front-loading washer/dryers and a convenient half bath for guests.

Step out through the rear door to discover a comfortable outdoor sectional sofa on a fully covered patio. Ground-level lighting guides you along the stone steps to the hot tub, which is warm, bubbly, and perfect for 2-4 people.

After enjoying the hot tub, dry off and unwind with a bourbon or glass of wine in the basement bar and entertainment area. This space features a mini fridge, wet bar with seating for four, and cozy leather lounge chairs for two. Additionally, it includes a 70-inch curved TV, a large "organizable" sofa for group seating, a pool table, and arcade games for endless fun.

On your way down, you may have noticed something unique: our walk-in "safe," which is more like a speakeasy! It’s sure to be a conversation starter when you return home. Entry requires a code to unlock this charming room, surrounded by custom stone walls that reach the ceiling.

The basement also includes a cozy bedroom with a twin-sized futon and a full bathroom for added convenience.

On the upper level, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. Two bedrooms, each furnished with queen beds, share a Jack and Jill style full bathroom complete with a combination tub/shower.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.
