A spacious living area features an ultra chic living room with high end furnishings including daybed and trundle for larger groups plus a dedicated work space for school or business travelers. And the modern Euro-style kitchen with ample counters is stocked. Experience this ultra-chic unit in Louisville's hottest development, NULU Marketplace.

The suite has a laundry area with a new full size washer / dryer. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 4K Smart TV with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts. Guests will have access to the entire apartment with a keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. Ample off-street secure parking available in Nulu Marketplace parking lot off Main Street.

Clean - Pictures are Accurate

The rental is nicely furnished and the pictures accurately represent the property. The property manager was very responsive via text. They included many "extras" like nice shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. Wifi was strong & consistent (ran multiple Google Meets at the same time as other applications). This is a new rental and there were a couple kinks to work out as expected, but nothing major. I would suggest the owner add an oscillating fan for the bedroom to help circulate air and provide some "white noise." Note - This may not be the quietest rental if that is what you are looking for; there is noise from near-by business, parking lot, and there was also work being done on the outside of the building during our 5-night stay (tuck-pointing, scissor lift, landscaping, etc.). Very easy to walk to several places with just a few blocks including bakery, breweries, restaurants, shops, ect.
