Location was great, 5-10 minute drive to good restaurants, venues, bars. Apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with kitchen bedroom and bathroom supplies. Door keypad entry system was easy and parking on street was good.

My daughter and I were in Louisville for a volleyball tournament. It was so enjoyable to come back to an adorable apartment that was in a safe neighborhood. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better visit!

The vrbo was as described. It was cute, functional, and in a great location. There was coffee and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the freeways to travel to the distilleries out of town and to downtown.

my wife and I 'ran away' for the weekend ... Louisville has always been a place we've wanted to visit for a few days and the concert we attended gave us the opportunity to do so ... and what a great little place to stay! Charming, with loads of character and located in a delightful neighborhood with a plethora of restaurants and shops to enjoy.

This was a great place to stay. The bed was pretty comfortable and it looks like the owner listened to prior reviews and have added kitchen supplies, a toaster, and if I recall there was also a microwave. The hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen has obviously been watered down, but they do provide individual shampoo and body wash in the bathroom so we used that instead. There also isn't a way to secure the door besides the little handle lock, it would be great to have an extra bolt lock or something. Hopefully they change the code between guests but the code we got was the most non-secure code we could have received so we didn't feel particularly safe in there since the code would unlock the handle automatically. Ended up setting a chair against the door so we'd know if someone opened it. But aside from the security issue it was really nice.

It was a beatiful place with all the amenities. And the hosts were very gracious when we accidentally went home with the remote. We will be back as we have family there that don't have room to host to host us.

The house was exactly like the listing and in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The only issue was the bathroom light seemed to be on a timer, which made it difficult to get ready because the light would not turn on until it was dark outside. Otherwise my friend and I had a great stay!

This apt in this old home is “old fashioned” yet modern & just lovely from the molding around the doors to the decor & artwork. Hopefully next time we visit our Univ of Louisville student athlete grandson, this apt will be available ! The owner responds very quickly if you have a question.

Nice place, great management.
The apartment is very nice, and in a great location. Unfortunately we were there during a major heatwave and the A/C was not keeping up. Without even asking the management reached out and suggested we move to the unit next door which was much cooler. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated. Both units were clean and well cared for, we will return.

Overall the property is super cute with cottage core vibes. There were a few issues though. The washer/Dryer was taking several cycles to dry and the dishwasher also didn’t work. The smart tv was a plus.

Lovely Updated Vintage Charm Apartment
This place is a gem! It was big in size and very clean. There was cute vintage charm everywhere and it had recently been updated/remodeled with new finishes. The bed was large and comfortable; plenty of pillows and extra blankets were provided. The bathroom had a large claw foot tub that had great water pressure- having a hot shower after a long day was so relaxing. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it was a decent size. My only suggestion to the owner would be to provide a microwave, dish towels, and maybe basic cooking supplies like salt/pepper/cooking spray. Again, We didn’t cook at all, but a microwave would’ve been nice to reheat leftovers. Smart TV had lots of options and a really cool retro Mario game on it. The location of this place was perfect! It was so close to downtown, distilleries, and delicious restaurants. Very walkable to a coffee shop, brunch place, liquor store, and other places. Parking was easy to find in front of the house (there are two units here, the other one is below this place- both units are owned by the host). I had to contact the owners a couple times and they were quick to respond and very friendly. We talked via text; I did not hear back from them on the app. Overall this place is great! I would highly recommend staying here. It was a lovely experience- thank you to the host for providing us with a wonderful place to stay for my birthday weekend!
