KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.

Perfect location for dining, coffee shops and cocktails. Quick access to downtown. The apartment was spacious and clean. This will be our go to place to stay when we are back in the city.

In town for a swim meet
The location was great for getting to the swim meet at Lakeside swim club. We didn't get to do much sightseeing because of the meet but did a couple of walks through Cherokee park and it was beautiful. Able to walk from the place to the park. There is a cat cafe very close that we checked out to look at kittens. 😁

We rented this place for my cousins 40th birthday trip. Myself, my husband, my cousin and her husband. We enjoyed the area mid February. We explored distilleries, museums, food, and shopping. Great location for easy access to many different areas. Everything we needed close by and within this rental.

Wonderful location in modern condo!
This was better than we could have expected! The place was extremely clean and well designed. Had everything we needed in terms of towels, kitchen, etc. Amazing location with lots of cute bars, coffee shops, and restaurants within short walking distance. Very short car ride to airport and downtown. And super communicative and gracious host. Will definitely look for this location if we are ever back in Louisville!

It’s a nice place with charm. It’s on a noisy street, which made sleeping harder. There were fewer amenities than I expected; no kettle to boil water, salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner. My experience with VRBO led me to expect things like this in a rental.

Accurate listing, well equipped clean new apartment in excellent location. Check in process was smooth with responsive communication throughout the stay. Our only issue was the oversized, heavy sleeping pillows; we had to use bath towels as pillows (they’re plush!). I would strongly recommend bringing a travel pillow.

Nice property, close to most places in Louisville. The property is in third floor and the stairs are exposed outside. If you cannot take your suitcase up/down, reconsider.

Girl's Weekend Getaway!
We loved this loft! 15 minutes to Downtown Louisville and 15 minutes to a mall and other restaurants! Updated kitchen, bathroom and decor made for a "home away from home" experience. It does have a lot of stairs to get to the loft, but none inside. Only minor things, but there wasn't an ice cream scoop or scissors. It also might be nice to have a noise machine of some kind in each bedroom because the traffic passing was quite loud each night. Overall, this place was perfect for our girls weekend and we loved it!

Great place!
We came to Louisville to attend Bourbon and Beyond. Everything about our stay was terrific. The place is spacious, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. Brandon is wonderful. Communication was fast and helpful. He went out of his way to get us down pillows - so nice! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including coffee pods and the bathroom has a hair dryer. We were able to pair the TV with our phone to watch videos, etc. The place is located a couple of blocks from a great little neighborhood with lots of restaurants. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport. We ordered groceries online for some basic items and brought our own toiletries (recommended) unlike some of the reviews I did not find it noisy - just cars whooshing by but no other street noise at all (I’m from NYC so that may be a factor lol).

The area is fantastic. The location of the property is convenient to about everything. The property was clean and well equiped. Yes, there are stairs but it really wasn't a bid deal for us. There is road noise but I understand Brandon would provide you with a white noise machine. That would surely solve the problem. I had read that it is problematic for some but we slept fine. Tip!!! The lamps in the bedrooms have a usb port on the back of the base! I am glad I figured that out because there was only one outlet behind the bed. The linens were fresh, the towels were nice...We may be back because there was so much of Louisville we didn't get to see in our short stay. Thanks for everything Brandon.

We stayed in the unit for four nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great with tons of restaurants within walking distance. A grocery store is also nearby. We were a ten minute drive from downtown Louisville. I would definitely consider this unit next time we are in Louisville.

Needed a base-camp in this area of the country. No prior connection/time in Kentucky. Chose Louisville, and this location - grateful I did. Clean and comfortable. Well located, about 1-2 miles from neat, fun restaurants and shops. Fun to tour through local neighborhoods. The unit is accessible only by stairway. Be ready if that is important.

Great stay!
This property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. There were even laundry supplies available for the washer/dryer. We did not actually need them, but I thought this was a great perk. Highly recommend the property and visiting this part of Kentucky!
