This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Enjoy premium amenities at the Sky Club and Sky Park levels, featuring a rooftop sun deck equipped with grilling stations and a fire pit, an outdoor yoga patio, a 24/7 fitness center, a private screening room, and a community lounge with a kitchen. If you need a productive environment, take advantage of the business center and conference room. Laundry facilities are available in the building for an additional fee, and we provide detergent in your unit for your convenience.

The building is a simple on-off from I-65. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Not my best VRBO experience
We were staying for a conference and were not at the property much so we did not complain about anything. If I had come for a vacation I would have been more annoyed.1st the building is old and basics have not been properly updated like windows and balcony doors and even the exterior fascade.2nd the common areas like elevator and hallways smelled like weed every time we came through.3rd the apartment was not properly cleaned. Dirt and mess in cabinets, refrigerator, closets. Windows not clean. It was not horrible but it was not good. We saw bugs for example.In the bathroom paint was peeling off the walls probably because there was no fan installed.Even the complimentary items like shampoo and soap were in household bottles, which is not what I have come to expect from one of these kind of apartments that is normally ran more like a hotelThere were not enough utensils and glasses in the apartment. Two of the few glasses that were there had chips or cracks.It was fine but not what I have come to expect..
