The Space:
When booking at The Swepson Retreat you get 8 private bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 living spaces, and a massive space to hangout with everyone all together! This doesn't even include the 2 outdoor patios.

Let us know if you need two additional beds, we have two twin roll away beds we would love to put out for you!

Located on the edge of Germantown, the Swepson Retreat is close to anything you would need! Restaurant row, the Highlands, Downtown, UofL Campus, Old Louisville, and NULU. It’s the perfect distance to bars, breweries and distilleries, restaurants, and Logan Street Market. The Swepson Retreat will give you everything you could ever need!

Guest Access:
Access is by a locked gate with a gate code and door code for access to the unit.

This unit is located on the second and third floors of the building, there are 6 sets of stairs to climb to get to the top!

There is plenty of fun to be had right in our own neighborhood! With walkable places like Toasty's Tavern for a yummy bite to eat, The Breeze for a coffee and pastry in the morning or a delicious glass of wine once the sun goes down, or we have Atrium Brewery if you're more of a craft beer lover. In the mood for some pizza? Square Cut Pizza is just right down the block, order ahead and it'll be nice and ready for you when you get into town. After your bite to eat you can head on over to Trouble Bar where hopefully all of our guests stay out of their own trouble ;)

This doesn't even begin to cover Logan Street Market, just 3 blocks away you can find something for anyone! Equipped with almost every type of food from Foko (Mexican), Cold Smoked Bagels, La Masion De Crepes, Billy Chili, Batter Bakery, Ziba's Bistro, Fresh Out The Box, and Daisuki Sushi. It covers quite the spread! These dont even include the fresh groceries you can purchase and small trinkets for the loved ones that couldn't make it on the trip. Don't forget about your speciality drinks either, need a pep in your step? Safai coffee is one of the best in town and Wild Hops Brewery can cover all your other needs.

Please be aware that there are additional units and guests in the building and the quiet hours are strict from 10 pm - 6 am. Failure to comply with these will result in the termination of your booking.

PRIVACY SAFE HOME SENSOR DISCLOSURE Guest privacy is our top priority. Our insurance recommends that we use a Minut home sensor to monitor temperature, mold risk, sound decibels in case a fire alarm goes off, etc. Minut is camera free. It measures sound levels without recording or listening. This device doesn't store, collect or share personal data so you can relax in total privacy. It is a white circular device located in the living room. If you would like more information about this device please contact us or visit the Minut website.

Failure to fill out the guest verification form before your check-in date will result in a canceled booking.

We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously. That's why our building is equipped with cameras on the exterior, in common area hallways between units, and in common stairwells between units. These cameras are in operation 24/7 and are there to protect you and your belongings. Please note that there are no cameras inside the individual units to ensure our guests' privacy. All footage is recorded and monitored for security purposes only. We want you to have a pleasant and worry-free experience during your stay with us.
