Park like setting in the heart of the city. Home located in hip Germantown on a half acre. Recently updated bedroom with smart TV. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven. Smart TV in living room , King bed, recliner and pullout twin. Backyard grill space and hangout. Off street parking. Close to airport, downtown, Churchill Downs, Bardstown Rd, Convention Center, Fairgrounds, U of L, Yum Center. whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

The neighborhood is hip with a mix of older homes and new development and also includes young families. All the neighbors to our home know us personally and are very friendly. The home is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, parks and shopping.

There are lots of things very close so walking is always an option. Other options for transportation include public bus transportation with a stop less and a block away from the home (TARC), Uber, Lyft, LouVelo bike sharing with a hub about 3 blocks from the house, Taxi, City Scoot and driving your personal vehicle. I can also coordinate for shuttle services if needed.

Property was worth the value and location was nice for the Kentucky expo center. Would recommend cleaning the back parking area and possibly making it a little larger since there are 3 levels to rent

Great little spot close to everything
I really enjoyed my stay at the Schiller house! A great spot close to eateries and prime locations, most importantly my family whom I was visiting. The home was clean and well stocked — though, I always travel with my own pillows and linens by preference. I will definitely stay here again when I come to visit family.

Great bang for the buck. Good location and the property owner provides a lot of small extras considering the price. Very walkable neighborhood, but also quiet. Obviously not a luxury accommodation but for the price paid, I was very pleased.

Good for the money
For the price you really can't complain. The neighborhood didn't seem to be the greatest, and there could have been more towels. But it was a good place for cheap and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
