Welcome to the Derby City Escape! Our beautiful new modern construction home is walking distance to the Ohio River and many fantastic restaurants, bars, and local shops. Every detail was thought out during construction to ensure our guests had plenty of room to relax and gather inside and on our gorgeous patio. Enjoy the Derby city in style and enjoy all the thrills of bourbon country in our modern appointed home.

Sweet Spot!
Stayed here for a laid back trip with family to do a few things in Louisville. Didn’t realize Jeffersonville was such a cute town with lots going on. House was wonderful and comfortable. Lots of space, everything we needed and more, quiet, clean, perfect for us. Communication was excellent. Definitely a find!

Fun Music Festival Weekend with Friends
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location was perfect, offering easy access downtown Jeffersonville and surrounding areas. Plenty of room and everything was very new and clean. I would highly recommend.. Five stars....

Clean, modern home for adult getaway
This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. Love that each room has its own bathroom and king sized bed. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need and common areas were well suited to gathering in the evening and playing games. Highly recommend!

Amazing Comfortable Home
Stayed at Eric’s home with two other couples. The location was excellent. Was able to walk to restaurants and riverfront easily. The house is very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Front porch was an added bonus. Spent both evenings enjoying our time on the porch.

60th Birthday Celebration
The property was exactly as described. If we could give it more than five stars if we could. Love the proximity to the distilleries and enjoyed walking downtown and across the pedestrian bridge. It was beautiful at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay to kick off our Kentucky Bourbon Trail Trip.

Our Singing Convention
Attended the International Sweet Adeline Convention and Contest at KiCC. This property was beautiful, comfy, and so close to the “ action” but far enough away to relax when we left the contest. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Having a garage was another plus! Would recommend to anybody visiting Louisville anytime!

Nice Property
Overall, my family was pleased with our stay. The house is beautiful, modern and updated with every amenity. My only hesitation with the property was the location. There is a church across the street that serves the economically disadvantaged and you would have people sleeping outside the church and congregating well into the night. There is a fantastic security system in the house, so that did help. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Recently Retired and Loving Life & Travel
Our group consisted of 3 couples who have been friends over 40 years. The guys were super interested in the Bourbon Trail. We loved the location of the house. It was super spacious, clean and well stocked with towels and other essentials. Having 3 Bedrooms with king sized beds was spectacular! You don’t find that very often and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a bonus. We loved that there were several places to hang out and eat within walking distance or a short car ride. Parlour Pizza was one of our favorites. We also drove up to do the Ark Encounter and a day betting on the ponies at Churchill Downs. Eric was super responsive and a great host! For future guests, I would note that most of the local places are closed on Sunday and Monday so we did wish we had booked the days we came a little differently. Other than that it was a fabulous time and home and we created some great memories!

Wonderful Stay!
Eric’s place was great for our girls’ getaway. The house was beautiful and well-equipped. Had everything we needed. Location was excellent for getting away from Louisville, but still close to all. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!!!
