Enjoy a modern home in the heart of the sought after Highlands neighborhood. If it it Derby season, You will be two blocks from watching celebrities arrive at the famous Derby Eve Barnstable-Brown Party. Any time of year you are walking distance to the dining and entertainment that Bardstown Road has to offer. Churchill Downs is just 5 miles away, The Kentucky Fair and Expo Center is 5 miles and downtown 6 miles. The Muhammed Ali International Airport is a quick 6.5 miles. The house has 3 bedrooms with space for an air mattress/futon in an exercise room if needed. 2 full baths recently re-done and a bonus half bath. An Outdoor patio with a view from the top of a hill in the front of the house and a covered patio in the back with TV and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room that easily seats 6 -8.

Bourbon and Beyond
The home has beautiful furnishings, art, live plants and a wonderful screened-in back porch. The home was stocked with all the necessities. There were plenty of great restaurants close by for dining. Definitely would highly recommend this home!!
