Enjoy a quiet and charming getaway to our comfortable 2 Bedroom Cottage. With close proximity to Taylorsville Lake, the world-famous Bourbon Trail, and Louisville, there's always something to do. Whether you enjoy fishing, golfing, swimming, hiking, or just relaxing, our space is the ideal destination for your group.

Our 950 sq. ft. cottage has 2 BEDROOMS. The master bedroom features 1 King bed while the second bedroom features 1 Twin bed, 1 Twin Bunk bed, and 1 Trundle bed. There's also an additional blow-up mattress to accommodate additional guests.

Get ready for your day in the 2 BATHROOMS, one of which is in-suite to the master bedroom. We'll provide you with toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer.

After a day relaxing by Taylorsville Lake, retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LIVING AREA with a lovely fireplace. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite show on the Roku TV or bring a movie to watch on the DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto your private balcony and enjoy some fresh air or soothe your muscles in the private hot tub!

In the KITCHEN, you'll find a stove, an oven, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, dishes, basic cooking products, and a blender. Start your morning with a cup of coffee fresh from our in-suite coffee machine! For dinner, whip up a tasty meal on the charcoal grill.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at The Boulevardier Cottage #19, including access to a shared outdoor pool (open during the summer), volleyball courts, meeting and banquet facilities, and many hiking trails.

We recommend bringing a car to get around the area! You'll find parking available outside the cottage for up to 2 cars. Additional parking is available at the entrance of the community.

Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them for an additional fee of $75 per stay (maximum 2 pets).

Spend a day fishing in Taylorsville Lake! Enjoy sunny days while golfing at Tanglewood Golf Course, a 6-minute drive away. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at Fiesta Mexicana or at Snappy Tomato Pizza.

We recommend your own transportation as there is no public transportation. There are 2 parking spaces at the cottage, with plenty of additional parking near the pool or up at the front office. Please wear shoes walking around the grounds as there is gravel in some areas of the resort.

• You'll find parking available outside the cottage for up to 2 cars. Additional parking is available at the entrance of the community. Please do not park in the grass
• Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them. We ask that no pets be on the couches or beds. If an animal is to be left alone at the cottage, please provide a kennel for the animal(s)

Just a great little cottage for my wife and I along with 2 friends for derby weekend. About 45 minutes to Louisville. Absolutely loved every aspect of the cottage and will look into staying here again during summer to be able to enjoy the lake. Host was great and checked in to ensure we were good with everything. It's a nice quiet gated resort, very clean, comfortable. Property mgmt. went out of their way to answer questions, and help me when I accidentally left something. If we are ever in KY again, I'd use again.

Great spot - revealed here for the PGA Championship in Louisville in May of '24 - the cottage was just what was expected and needed. Good location for what we like - close enough to everything, but far enough away that it's quiet and secluded. Great launching spot for getting out to tour the bourbon trail and Central Kentucky. (Which is a more beautiful area than I had expected... And I had high expectations.) Great hosts as well - staying in touch with us wne ensured we had what we needed to make the trip enjoyable.

If you are looking for a great getaway with all the amenities without the outrageous price this is the place for you. Hot tub in the master bedroom. Bathroom for every room and a great cozy kitchen to have fun, food, family and fellowship all at once.

Property was just as seen on photos, only bummer is we stayed prior to opening day for pool. There is a hiking trail located behind pool that will take you down to the lake. We rented a boat and grilled out and enjoyed the hot tub.. could have been cleaner but overall stay was a 10

We love visiting family in Ky & staying at Edgewater Resort. This property is situated with a great view of the lake. Despite the freezing temps in March, we had fun. The property manager responsive. The cottage was cozy & the kitchen fully equipped.

Great location if you want privacy, quiet and nature. Close enough to grocery and some restaurants. Lake behind cabin and trees easy to drive to. Comfortable bed. Enough room/beds for 4 or 5 adults. Owner very accommodating and helpful. I would stay there again.

The fireplace didn't have propane. The hot tub took until Sunday morning to reach it's temperature. The kuerig coffee maker was very dirty. I wouldn't recommend #19 to anyone. The owners did give us a credit for one night. Hopefully the next guests have a better experience.

Good Central Location for Bourbon
This was a good (pet friendly) location for the Bourbon Trail. It was in the middle of nowhere but within an hour of most distilleries in all directions. And an hour and a half to the Ark Encounter. Loud appliances: fridge, washer, hot tub and toilets. But it’s a rental. Hot tub was a selling point but not really worth it. Can barely press the jet button and the outdoor camera is pointed towards it. But if you’re there for the bourbon the. No big deal. It is what it is.

It was a nice place. The only complaints were the couch and recliner both were very uncomfortable. Also the bench in the kitchen is missing a screw. we had 5 and when all were sitting at the table when the last person sat down the bench fell the leg fell off, luckily it screwed back on and nobody was hurt but it could’ve been bad if it was the oldest one that fell off of the bench in the group. Other than that we were happy.

Surprise Birthday fishing weekend
We thought cottage #19 The Boulevardier was clean, cute & cozy! Wish the grill was in working order for our steaks but we had Friday supper at Fiesta Brava which was delicious. Wish we could've seen the lake while sitting on porch & enjoying the hot tub; but know rain has hindered trimming. We didn't bring boat/trailer cause we didn't feel comfortable parking outside of gate not beside our home. I had never reserved on line always called but this was made easy! Our host replied to all texts! Come & have a great time!

Clean, safe, quiet weekend!
We came from an hour away just to have a quiet short get away and this cottage couldn’t have been more perfect. We found the house to be clean, cozy and comfortable. We brought our little dog too and she even seemed to enjoy the stay. We felt safe in the gated community and cameras on the outside of the building. Most everything we could have imagined was at our finger tips from soaps and shampoos on the bathrooms and plenty of kitchen ware to cook the groceries we brought. The temperatures dropped about 30 degrees from Friday night to Saturday morning with a couple inches of snow on the ground but we were warm and comfortable. We had a lake view out the back windows because of the bare tree limbs. Would definitely like to come back sometime. Thank you for a safe, clean, quiet weekend!!!
