Our central location is blocks away from Louisville's most popular live music venues, bars, celebrity-chef restaurants, and the city's beloved bourbon experiences!

The Space:
Experience southern hospitality and city skyline views as you relax in modern amenities: oversized living room with big screen smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closets, king bed with luxury linens, ensuite washer and dryer, high ceilings, and concrete floors.

Guest Access:
You'll use a key fob to enter the building and take the elevator to your floor during your stay. The apartment has a Yale smart lock keypad for self check-in with a code that is unique to your stay and expires after you check out for added security and peace of mind.

At check-in, you'll enter the building using a call box before retrieving your key fob from a lockbox inside.

All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

The Neighborhood:
The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the iconic Louisville Palace and Mercury Ballroom, where you can catch some of the best live music acts in the region. Plus, you're within walking distance to Fourth Street Live, an entertainment district filled with bars, restaurants, and shops.

And that's not all - you're less than a mile from Whiskey Row, where you can sample some of Kentucky's finest bourbons and soak up the city's rich history. A few blocks further, you'll find the trendy neighborhoods of NuLu and Butchertown, both packed with art galleries, cafes, and boutiques

Getting Around:
We're in the historic Henry Clay Building at 604 S 3rd St, in the heart of downtown Louisville.

Access the building by turning into the Clay Commons Parking Garage entrance, just past the Hilton on Chestnut St. There is a loading zone to your left past the Hilton valet before you enter the gates to the public garage, with a large Henry Clay sign to the right of wooden doors-- feel free to park in front of the doors with flashers on while you follow the check-in instructions and unload your luggage.

We offer paid onsite parking to guests for $20/night. You'll have access to the secure garage directly underneath the building, where you can access the building and take the elevator directly to your floor!

If you've paid for onsite parking, instructions will be included in the check-in instructions in your personalized Boarding Pass.

The Clay Commons Parking Garage at 350 W Chestnut St is another parking option adjacent to the building for $25/night, but there are plenty of other garages or paid street parking in the area.

Other Things to Note:
We don't charge extra guest fees, but we do offer a pull-out sleeper sofa. If you plan to use it, please arrange that service in the concierge link you'll receive after booking and we'll provide extra linens. We charge $15 per reservation to cover the additional laundry costs for sheets, blankets, and towels.

Great location
Came up for the weekend to enjoy Louisville and the bourbon trail. You are surrounded by events, restaurants and minutes to Whiskey Row. Great communication with the owner and easy check in/out process. Everything was clean and well stocked, would recommend.

An Oasis in the City
We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment in the classic building - which is seemingly in transition from grand old hotel to new apartments in or condos - was spacious and comfortable, very quiet, and had great views of the downtown skyline. The location is super convenient to all of the downtown attractions and events. We opted for the parking and it was very convenient, if a bit tight to navigate for a standard sedan. Slightly cheaper is available nearby but the convenience can't be beat. We're definitely likely to stay again next time we find ourselves in Louisville.

Nice place
In town to visit our daughter, a student at U of L. Convenient location with everything we did within 10 minute drive. It was great having the parking garage right there. The bed was very comfortable! The place had a bit of a "cold" feeling. Just need a better family room rug and a cozy rug in the bedroom. The only problem was a prom was being held on the second floor and we could totally hear the thumping music for several hours.

Great stay..
It was a great stay for us. The location had everything around it. The place itself was cozy. We had a great view looking at downtown Louisville. Overall, we'll definitely come back for future events.
