Heavy Metal Band Made Stay Unfeasible
The property was clean and looked as pictured. However, a heavy metal band began playing outside on the patio 4 stories below our window. We measured the noise in the apartment at 105 decibels. It was too noisy to stay, and we did not know how late they would play. The owner quickly offered us a refund, and we moved to a quiet hotel.

Great location but communication with property owner was a nightmare
Over the period of 2 months, I attempted to contact the property manager without getting a response by a link in email (said property had been removed from listing), messages on VBRO, and text and phone calls to phone number provided on VRBO I subsequently spent 3 hours over several days talking to customer service at VRBO to be sure we had a place to stay when we reached Louisville It wasn’t until my last call with customer service the day before we were to leave that I got a text message from the owner saying he had software problems During our stay, I attempted to reach the owner about onsite parking and a Bot told me to use the link in the email sent which said the link had been disabled Location was great for walking (but you need good ear plugs for the planes flying overhead low every 15 minutes), but it was not worth the hassle for the communication breakdowns

Bourbon Tours
The property was just as advertised. Great space with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was nice size and well appointed. Just a few blocks from downtown action it was quite and safe.

Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Parking should be included in price because we always had to worry about a ticket or being towed. Whole building was old but unit was clean.

Louisville Trip
The condo was nice, clean, and had the amenities you’d be looking for. Check in and out were very simple, but parking was a bit of a pain. The trip was fun, but I’d recommend staying a bit further north. 4th street was pretty dead all weekend, even with it being St Patrick’s day. Parking is rough, with everything being just far enough away that walking it would be a pain, so you’re forced to pay 2-3 garages a day. It’d also be really nice if we could’ve used the empty lot next to this building to park at, since it was empty all weekend and I had a Birds Eye view from the window in our room.
