If you're looking for a city that has it all, look no further than Louisville! This vibrant city is home to a variety of attractions, including the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory and the Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. Don't forget to check out Fourth Street Live, a popular entertainment district that is home to a variety of restaurants and bars. Our 2100 sq. ft. house has 4 BEDROOMS with 1 King bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in two bedrooms, and 1 Double bed in the last bedroom.

Get ready for your day in one of the 2 BATHROOMS. We'll provide you with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.

After exploring the city, retreat to our spacious air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite show on Roku TV. If your group can't decide on something to watch, you'll also find an Amazon TV in the basement. Plan your next day using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto the balcony and enjoy some fresh air or relax in the private yard.

In the KITCHEN, you'll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, a blender, cooking utensils, and dishes. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine! You can enjoy all your meals at the dining table. Grill up a delicious meal on the charcoal grill (charcoal not provided).

If you're traveling by car, you'll find complimentary parking available in the driveway for up to 2 cars. There's also street parking available for 1 car.

We came into town for our daughters graduation. House had plenty of room for the grandparents to stay with us too! Neighborhood was close to everything and felt safe. My only suggestion would be to invest in more comfortable furniture in the upstairs living room:) Thanks for a great stay!

Louisville football game
The property was great overall, but we encountered some issues on the last day. The toilet became clogged and wouldn’t flush, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Additionally, the temperature inside the house was only 68 degrees, while it dropped to 49 degrees at night, leaving us feeling quite cold throughout our stay.

Quiet retreat
The quiet neighborhood was the ideal setting for our trip. It gave us time to relax with all the modern conveniences nearby. Three beds and a bath upstairs and a full basement with bedroom and bath downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils and all the needed items for a good visit. Very nice. Will stay here again if available for our next trip.

The house was as described and beyond. Beds were awesome and Kristen made it extremely easy to check in and leave. House was very put together, ample space for everyone to spread out, all the utensils or dishes to cook a meal. Centrally located so we were able to get to all our destinations.

Convenient Location
Property was very clean, but could have benefited from some minor upkeep (lots of loose door handles). Property owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. Location was very convenient. Every place we visited when in Louisville was about a 10 minute drive from the house. We would stay here again.

Exactly what we needed
We recently planned a trip to Louisville with 4 friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. This house was perfect for our trip. 4 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms were was just right for the 4 of us. There was a spacious basement with comfortable couches and a nice back porch. A quick 10 minute drive from downtown, this place fit the bill!

Derby Mini-Marathon Girls Getaway
Four of my friends and I participated in the 2024 Derby Mini-Marathon. We were looking for a location close to the action. Everything in the VRBO was as expected. We all had enough space to ourselves and a place to hang together. Kitchen and toiletries were well stocked and easy to find. Only issue we had was losing internet connection, but turns out it was our fault. Hint - don’t unplug anything in the back bedroom with the king bed and your trip will be flawless!

Great Derby Stay
This property worked well for 3 couples during our Derby weekend visit. The place was clean and cozy, and communication with the host was great. We felt safe and the neighborhood was easy to get to, even though it was a little removed from the Derby action and we had to make a short drive to the restaurants we dined at. We weren't at the house a lot, since we were mainly here for the big event, but there was space to spread out and relax and what looked to be a nice outdoor space to hang out. The only challenging things were finding good lighting when we were getting fancy for the race and one day (oddly, the other day was just fine) where the hot water in the shower didn't last very long, but those were minor and not a big deal. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The host also left us a thoughtful Derby gift. Would recommend to others looking for an easy, comfortable stay!

Girls Weekend
Arrival and check in was great! The location was perfect for visiting our niece at Bellarmine and visiting surrounding areas. The space was nice for relaxing with one another before and after our day’s events. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.

Perfect property for our stay in Louisville!
We were in Louisville for a bicycle racing event, and needed a rental home with sleeping for 10 and this property was perfect. Very clean, everything worked perfectly, and the back yard and deck were a great place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet with low traffic and everything was well maintained! We would definitely stay here again!
