I absolutely loved my stay here at Woodspring Suites Louisville South!! The staff was so friendly and helpful, our room was clean and well kept. I will DEFINITELY come back to this location!! Keep up the awesome work!!

Our room was filthy, the elevator, hallways were nasty, it smelled horribly, the people in the next room were constantly arguing & at one point, Saturday night while trying to go to sleep, it sounded like someone body slammed the wall. It shook my bed! The bath tub was gross and sadly unable to use it during our stay.

Good overnight stay
This hotel appears to cater to alot of extended stay individuals so there is quite a bit of wear and tear. For the price it was fine. Room was clean, shower was hot, air conditioning worked great and bed was comfortable. Had a nice full size refrigerator with freezer.

Our room floor was sticky. The bathroom sink was clogged. There was no one at the front desk on Sunday until after 10:30am, checkout was at 11am, so we could not get any kind of help. We needed clean towels and the WIFI was not working. The staff that checked us in was very kind & helpful. However, they left shortly after I checked.
