We are here for you as much as you need. We can provide tours, and answer any questions you have. We can also leave you to enjoy your vacation without any hassle. It is completely up to you as the guest.
Our apartment is nestled on 4th Street in downtown Louisville! The central location is within a short walking distance from endless restaurants, the KFC Yum! Center, 4th Street Live, great theatres, museums, and so much more. This is also a perfect 10 minute drive from Churchill Downs, the Louisville Expo, Kentucky Kingdom, and the Louisville International airport.
1) SMOKING & VAPING -Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, or drug use are permitted in the home or on the roof deck. In addition, please refrain from using smokeless tobacco products anywhere on the property. -If evidence of any of these is detected at any time, there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee assessed per person per night.
2) GUESTS -After booking, we require that the primary guest submit the names of every other guest who will be staying at the home. Every guest who is present on the property must be included in the original booking. There are to be no additional guests allowed on the property on an overnight basis. -If additional overnight guests are detected there will be a $100 fee assessed per person per night.
3) PARTIES & GATHERINGS -Out of respect for our neighbors and to be in accordance with the rules set forth by the City of Louisville, parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. -There will be zero tolerance, and evidence of a party or gathering will result in immediate eviction from the property and termination of the booking without refund.
4) PETS & ANIMALS -As animal lovers ourselves, we ask that you respect our choice to keep this home PET FREE for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, especially those who might be allergic. -If a pet or evidence of a pet is found at the property, there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee assessed. In accordance with Airbnb policy, service animals are to never be left unattended at the property.
5) QUIET HOURS & SECURITY -Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. We take noise complaints very seriously. -This home is equipped with a privacy-compliant, non-recording, noise monitoring system (Minut), the purpose of which is to alert the host should there be any sustained loud noise inside the home. Tampering with or disabling the device is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction from the property and termination of the booking without refund. This is for the protection of both the guests and hosts. -There are no recording devices or security cameras located inside of the home.
6) PARKING -There is one dedicated parking spot for your convenience. Please do not park in any other numbered parking spot, as doing so will subject your vehicle to being towed. If needed, there is an additional guest parking garage available located on 4th Street
7) CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT -In accordance with COVID cleaning protocols and to best allow our housekeeping team to prepare the home for you visit, we have strict times established for check-in (4:00 pm) and check-out (10:00 am). Should you need to drop your luggage at the apartment, we will be happy to attempt to make accommodations for you to do so in coordination with our housekeeping team. -Late check-out will not be allowed without advanced notice and approval from both the homeowner and housekeeping team, and an unapproved late check-out will be subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes.
8) HOUSEKEEPING -Please treat our home as you would treat your own! Our housekeeping team works tirelessly to ensure your stay is a wonderful one, but they do need your help to ensure a smooth and seamless transition before and after your stay. -White towels should not be used for makeup removal! Please use the provided makeup remover towelettes or dark towels in the bathrooms. Soiled towels that cannot be laundered clean will incur a $25 fee to the guest. Soiled linens that cannot be laundered clean will incur a $50 fee to the guest. -Please do not dispose of anything other than toilet tissue in the toilets. -We do not allow glitter, silly string, confetti, or other such materials. Nothing may be adhered to the walls of the home, including tape. -Per fire marshal recommendations, absolutely no candles are permitted.
9) Community Patio/Pool/Clubhouse -We hope you enjoy our resort amenities while here. We do! Please be mindful of noise and considerate of our neighbors. Also please do not throw anything over the railing as this is an obvious hazard and will not be tolerated. Do not climb on or over any railing.
10) OFF LIMIT AREAS -The cleaning closet is locked and is not to be accessed by any guest.
11) DAMAGES -We understand that accidents happen! Should there be any damages that occur during your stay, please notify us immediately so that we might plan together for how to remedy the situation. Minor issues can possibly be addressed by our housekeeping and maintenance team. Major issues will need to be assessed and resolved using the Airbnb resolution center.
12) CHILDREN -We welcome you and your children in our home! Please be aware that the home is NOT baby- or child-proofed in any way. There are no outlet covers or locks on the kitchen cabinets or drawers. -The guest assumes all liability for their children and their children’s actions during their stay.
13) EXTRA – We try to offer you the cleanest, safest, and most professional visit we can, so we ask you, as our guest, to help us maintain this home for future guests. By following these house rules, we can continue to provide our services to others. If these house rules are not followed, and it forces us to give a refund to another guest, there will be a fee charged to your stay for the amount refunded.
14) UNFAVORABLE RESOLUTIONS -Guest will not retaliate due to an unfavorable resolution. Guest will not damage the host’s business due to dissatisfaction due to his/her own fault.
15) COMMUNITY/APARTMENT STANDARDS - Guest will abide by all community rules provided by the apartment management company in the building, the laws and regulations of the City of Louisville, and rules provided by the host.
16)All guests are subject to a criminal background check to ensure the safety of the host, staff, and other residents in the apartment complex.
