Family Reunion
Had a wonderful stay with siblings from 4 states who converged in Louisville for a mini reunion. We enjoyed sightseeing downtown, lots of great food and The Bourbon Trail. 4th of July was fun too and we didn't have to leave the sidewalk. The house is comfy, well decorated and super well stocked to meet all needs. We enjoyed the court location very much.

Girls weekend in Louisville
We had a great stay at James' place. Very well decorated and stocked with everything necessary. There were four of us and we had plenty of room, four beds. I would bring earplugs or a sound machine....the house is a little close to the train tracks and some large trees in the wind, but those are so minor i hesitate ti even mention it. Loved our stay and would absolutely pick this place again.

Christmas family trip
Great property for our December visit to see family and friends. Ample space for 2 adults and 2 children. Property was as described and the communication with the host was timely and precise. There was also plenty of street parking which can be an issue in some Louisville neighborhoods. Would definitely recommend.

Urban bourbon experience
The house was lovely! The host was exceptionally thoughtful. Our only complaint is that the house is located near a frequented freight railroad line. If you are a sound sleeper then don't let this detour you. And if you are a light sleeper - bring earplugs ;) The neighborhood is so cute and within walking distance of tasty food, fun shopping, and of course, good bourbon.

Great location for a long weekend visit!
We had a great stay here for our long weekend exploring Louisville and the Bourbon Trail! There was plenty of room for four adults and we found plenty of fun places to eat and drink within walking distance of the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would happily stay here again!

This really is in a great location. A very short Uber drive to anywhere you want to go. I was a little worried about on street parking but there were always spots available right near the house. Ideal location to stay when in town to tour distilleries!
I relied on the description of this VRBO when choosing where to stay for our visit to tour distilleries recently. It did not disappoint! A short Uber ride to not only the airport but anywhere in town as well! For us there was no need to rent a car. Quiet neighborhood with not much activity from the neighbors. Cute front porch chairs to relax on. All the bedrooms are upstairs which wasn’t an issue for us. The home came stocked with plenty of snacks, coffee, toiletries etc. There is a flight and train route close by but both were only background noise to us. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent stay for our family of 5. James was very accommodating to us checking in early as we were avoiding a snow storm, and he responded to questions promptly. House is well stocked with whatever your needs are, and there is plenty of space for the family to hang out. Enjoyed our stay here!!
