"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us plenty of towels. The coffee was good. There wasn't much for breakfast, nothing hot. The floors looked like they had not been swept. It took a long time to get hot water. There was trash in one trash basket in our room when we got there. But we enjoyed our stay. "

"Overall it was a very nice hotel. I had the basic room and i was very impressed. The only issue i had was getting the shower hot. It never got to a hot temperature to actually enjoy a shower. Outside of that it was an amazing hotel and i definitely pplan on staying again. Thank you!"

"This is our favorite place to stay in KC. Right on the Plaza close to so much shopping and dining. We wanted to stay the weekend but a ferocious winter storm made us leave a day early. We are hoping Expedia will give us a credit."

"Stayed here the day after the huge storm that dumped 11 to 14 inches of snow on the city. Streets and the parking lot was only minimally cleared. Actually the local street wasn't cleared at all but the hotel lot had a decent path around it. Couldn't chance going anywhere else since i was already stuck once on the city road. Nobodies fault, but it made exploring difficult. Pantry store was picked over but the front desk was very nice about the offer on what they did have. Pool was closed, but...

"I stayed here during the National Fencing tournament at the Convention Center. It was convenient and transportation by uber very accessible to the center and airport. The room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed the bar and restaurant with a small menu but excellent food. It has a spacious lounge area, access to computers, free fresh fruit, ice water and coffee in the lobby 24 hours. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Great experience! Highly...
