We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. "This was our first time in London. We traveled with our teenage boys. The location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament and the London Eye. "The property looked exactly like the listing. The art truly is a positive aspect of the flat. Someone has great (and fun) taste. The proximity to the Paddington station means whatever you want to do is extremely accessible. We arrived prior to check-in time (as most Americans do) and the cleaner of the property was kind enough to let us store our bags while we got a coffee. I recommend this property and would stay there again. "

"Amazing location. AC and hot water worked, beds comfortable. Tea kettle and tea/coffee basket were appreciated. Nice to have a lift available for the 4th floor apartment. Pretty quiet if windows closed. Downsides were overall rundown and dirty feeling inside the apartment. Price reflects that this wasn’t going to be a 4-5 star hotel so it’s a decent stay if you plan to be out enjoying London and not hanging out in the apartment very much."

"Excellent front desk service. Sona was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great directions and local suggestions for things to do in London. We were also able to check in early, which was a wonderful bonus. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay.
