"Hugh’s house is a great place to stay! I stayed at his house with my mother and son (11 years old), his house is very clean, comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood. Hugh was very easy to reach and responded quickly to my messages. He gave us super helpful information about the neighborhood and transportation (using Uber, the metro, etc) which was so beneficial when making our daily plans. We loved our stay! "

However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns.
