"Fantastic custom lake home close to Knoxville! The house was beautiful and clean. Views were stunning. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the trundle bed in downstairs bedroom. It was lacking a few kitchen items like some pizza trays but otherwise very well appointed. We didn’t get a check out to-do list which would’ve been helpful but not a huge issue. Host was very pleasant to work with. Definitely would stay here again in the future!"

"We stayed for a week and loved it! The hosts are welcoming, kind and thoughtful people who obviously create an atmosphere of welcome, comfort and “home”. We felt relaxed & laid back throughout our visit. Such a cute, clean and comfortable home base for exploring the area. Next time we plan to spend our visit on the porch and in the lake!"

"We brought our boat down to fish off of Watts bar Lake. The property met our expectations. The neighbors were close, but we thought we were in a private location. The boat dock and lift behind the property was very convenient and functioned well. Cottage was clean and very well equipped. Steve was very prompt in responding back. Enjoyed our stay."
