We had an issue with the passkey/card working properly which was quickly resolved. I did not reserve a waterfront room but requested one on check-in and it was happily provided. Gorgeous view of the marina on a full moon night. It was off season so I certainly wouldn’t expect this mid- season but it was a very nice upgrade.
