"My first time staying at one of these German Hotel interlopers and it far exceeded my expections. Far superior to their rivals such as Ibis and Holiday Inn Express. It was spolessly clean and the staff were a revelation, with customer service actually being carried out. Although all staff were fantastic special mention must be given to Tianna, nothing was too much trouble for her and she carried out any issues I had, which including a partial refund when I had to leave unexpectedly early, calmly...

"Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had a really enjoyable experience. It was Mother’s Day weekend and myself and mum arrived at reception to be greeted with complimentary afternoon tea. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were fully equipped and spotless. Even having an umbrella to use. Lots of little details that made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be returning and have told all our family and friends about our experience. Location was great. "
