"This is a modern industrial hotel with a beautiful aquarium. Location was excellent and felt safe walking around at night with my family. The food was great and better than American hotels that include breakfast! What amazed me was that our housekeeper asked me twice over our 5day stay how our room and service was?!!! That just shows you pride in workmanship...something American hotel chains have lost a long time ago."

"This hotel is a moderate facility. If you like fancy this isn’t a place to stay. Rooms are moderately good side. We stayed only one night. Bed and pillows are not comfortable at all but that is the price you pay. Location is a plus. It is in the center of the main attractions. "

"The full access to their spa was awesome. The reception desk was kind to offer me the spa access while waiting for my room for checking in. Taking a shower after a long flight and a warm weather makes a world of difference to your comfort level. The room is nicely appointed, clean and designed with care. The hotel conveniently offers currency exchange for travelers and their hotel is near the must see places in Recoleta such as the Cemetery, and El Ateneo Bookstore. There are plenty of stores to address traveler's needs such as toiletries, snacks and souvenirs. "
