"Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le quartier est calme et l’endroit nous permet de profiter de Séville tout en revenant se reposer après notre visite. Ana répond rapidement à nos questions, nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec la climatisation et l’électricité, elle a pu nous guider à distance pour résoudre la situation. Nous recommandons cette endroit entre amis, ce fut très agréable et le stationnement était facile à trouver près de la résidence."

"Mit einer Gruppe von 6 Leuten waren wir eine Woche Skydiven zu Skydive Spain. Näher an den Platz geht nicht! Perfekte Lage um täglich zum Sprungplatz zu fahren. (4,6km)Die Gastgeber sind super nett, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne jegliche Probleme vor Ort. Es gibt auch 2 Schlüssel so das man getrennt nach Hause kommen kann. Das Objekt liegt in einem Wohnviertel das rund um die Uhr von einem Sicherheitsdienst bewacht wird. Man kommt nur durch eine Schranke die 24/7 mit einem Pförtner besetzt...

"We loved the Santa Cruz neighborhood, and it was a short walk to most of Seville’s beautiful sites. This apartment was charming and well laid out for a family of 4."

"This was a fabulous location and we loved the terrace view of the cathedral tower. Great restaurants and sights in walking distance. Be mindful of the view into the lower level bathroom from the terrace! We hung a towel on the window to avoid views that family members might have trouble unseeing! Tiniest kitchen ever was functional for snacks, coffee, and laundry, but i wouldn't want to cook in it. I would stay here again."

"This was such an amazing house and the location was unbeatable! We were in the heart of the city with great restaurants and shopping right outside our door. The house is spacious and had great sleeping options and baths for a larger group. Everything was clean and well maintained. The A/C was so welcomed after a day of walking around midsummer. The separation of bedrooms allowed for our teens to stay up later while we slept. We will be back!!"

"This apartment has so much promise. It is VERY clean, new and spacious. It is also centrally located to restaurants, bars and the Cathedral. On the face it’s great. The quirks made it hard to love. We were there for 6 days.The first night we were there, the AC stopped working. We couldn’t open the windows because there was a large party of teens outside making a ton of noise. This was WELL past midnight. The next couple of nights we were able to open the windows at least and let a breeze in,...

"Our stay was great, the house is very well located within walking distance from all Seville's attraction and restaurants. Communication with Laureen was very smooth and easy.The house was spacious for our family of 7 and the facilities were great.Great Spa in the basement and nice rooftop with a swimmingpool."

"The apartment was exceptional in that there were two bathrooms and two bedrooms. This meant complete privacy when one of us either got up or went to bed at different times. The grocer minutes away was also handy and the area made us feel in the heart of Spain."

"Property is a beautiful modern design and in a great area that is not too touristy. Only comment would be that such a fantastic place needs additional roof top furniture and more glassware in kitchen. Only problem was with the upper level bedroom and smell in shower room."

"Casa Monsalves was a beautiful home in a great location. The bedrooms, kitchen, common areas were large. The management responded promptly to our questions and needs. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc from our “home”. Having a washer and dryer was a plus, especially since they worked more efficiently than others we have used on past travels. One thing that would be helpful is to explain how the washing machine and dryer work. Otherwise, a great experience. "
