"The gate to the property is hidden from the main road. It's opposite an industrial park. The private drive to the property is a dirt track and will take 10 minutes. It is only suitable for 4 x 4 cars and confident drivers. However, you can see plenty of rabbits and the odd owl along the way. The villa is looked after by a lovely couple, with a son who can talk a bit of English. They don't. They are on site and will help you navigate the use of the villa. "Gustavo was a very kind and helpful Host. His family is lovely and we enjoyed the swimming pool. We stayed there on our way to the Sevilla airport and it was about 20 minutes from there. My biggest surprise was the neighborhood which you had to enter with a locked gate and the entire development was inside of a fence with razor wire at the top. The house itself was clean, but the beds were not that comfortable."

La propriété est propre, la piscine nécessite en effet une rénovation mais elle est propre, entretenue et une personne vient en effet chaque semaine pour la nettoyer. "Strong stench of drains/damp in the en suite throughout stay. Smell leaked into main bedroom. Room beneath en suite is very damp. Owner knew about this but said nothing. "This was one of our worst VRBO ever. The room descriptions are not true to the actual space. Firstly, the courtyard sits between the front room and the kitchen, we arrived to rain pouring into the room from the rubber mats above. Then we noticed the smell, it was awful. 2 of our travel companions left within 10 minutes. "La maison est très agréable à vivre. Les lits sont grands et les espaces spacieux. Lola, notre interlocutrice sur place, était très disponible et à l’écoute ! En revanche difficile de communiquer avec elle car elle ne parle pas un mot d’anglais ou de français ! En revanche, dans l’annonce il est écrit 4 salles de bain et il n’y en a que 2. Il est aussi écrit qu’il y a un sèche linge alors qu’il n’y en a pas non plus. C’est ce qui nous a un peu déçu."
