"We were 4 men wanting a room each and it was perfect. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Nice views. There is no lift but it was fine for us even though we are in our 60s. Kitchen has everything you would want. There is a TV with Netflix and sky news. The views are really nice of the Mar Menor sea. the owner Luis met us on arrival and was very helpful. "

"We know Murcia very well so were familiar with the location. The views over the city are stunning day and night. Easy walking distance to all local amenities and the old city. Very well appointed and comfortable with everything you need. The owner and his niece are great communicators and all went seamlessly. Very quiet block and street. On street parking or long stay nearby. Highly recommended and amazed it was even available "

"Booked as near the location of a wedding we were attending. Property in ideal location as close to the lagoon, beach, marina, supermarket and restaurants. No car needed as booked minibus to and from airport. Air con in bedrooms which was welcome! Lovely veranda with flowers. Hosts very approachable. We had a lovely week."

"We enjoyed the personal and thoughtful decoration and amenities in this lovely flat. The patio/terrace was huge and offered us great sunset views of the hills. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a meal if we wanted to and the local bakery had delicious breakfast pastries and bread. Parking was very much appreciated.
